BioACCESS Receives Funding to Contribute to IBM Watson’s Initiative: Marshalling AI in the Fight Against COVID-19

The MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab is funding 10 research projects aimed at addressing the health and economic consequences of the pandemic, including BioACCESS’ Overcoming manufacturing and supply hurdles to provide global access to a coronavirus vaccine.  The project, led by CBI’s Anthony Sinskey and Stacy Springs, will build data-driven statistical models to evaluate tradeoffs in scaling the manufacture and supply of vaccine candidates.
