BioACCESS seeks to better understand the growing need for biologics as well as persistent barriers hindering access to safe, effective, and affordable health services in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), especially biologic therapies for chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
Projects
Projects within the BioACCESS program focus on three key challenges to ensuring global access to biologic medicines: 1) manufacturing strategies for meeting global demand, 2) the global supply chain, and 3) global access to companion diagnostics.
Publications
Knowledge stemming from BioACCESS projects is shared in the form of peer-reviewed publications, academic theses, white papers, and presentations.
Events
BioACCESS seminars and workshops convene a community of like-minded people to raise awareness and explore innovative approaches to enhancing global access to biologic medicines.
